Return Policy

• Sold merchandises are subject to return or exchange within 14 days from purchase date Only if:

1-The product is in its original state (packaging statues – sealed).

2- The existence of the product’s invoice exists within the date range.

• Epoxy products and Special orders that requires measurements

 are not subject for return or exchange.

• If the invoice is paid by visa; 2% of the total amount is reduced from the return amount as administrative fees.

سياسة الاسترجاع

• البضاعة المباعة ترد او تستبدل خلال 14 يوم من تاريخ الشراء بشرط:

 ١- البضاعة المباعة تكون في حالتها الاصلية (حالة التغليف – مقفولة).

٢- وجود فاتورة مثبت فيها التاريخ و يكون ضمن الوقت المنصوص عليه.

• المنتجات الايبوكسية و الطلبيات الخاصة التي تحتاج لقياسات لا ترد و لا تستبدل.

• في حالة قبول المرتجع المدفوع بالفيزا؛ يخصم من مبلغ الارتجاع 2% من المبلغ الاصلي كمصاريف ادارية.
